Heartiversaries.
​
They’re celebrated a year, a month (or whenever, really) to commemorate a heart warrior’s last open heart surgery. It’s a celebration of their strength and resilience.
We’ve created specially curated party-in-a-box for Heart Warriors celebrating their heartiversaries (milestones, birthdays, etc).
​
Heart Boxes contain balloons, streamers and small gifts for your heart warrior to celebrate their day.
​
Heart Boxes are provided FREE of charge to kids living with congenital heart defects and can be hand delivered within Metro Vancouver.
​
If you are currently in-patient at BC Children’s Hospital, we will also deliver the Heart Boxes to you there practicing physical distancing guidelines.

If you would like a Heart Box delivered, please fill in the form below. Please allow 4 weeks. If it’s any earlier, please get in touch and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

Please note we will can deliver/ship within BC (and hope to expand one day soon to the rest of Canada!).

We are now in full swing and shipping Heart Boxes across BC thanks to our generous donors and the Children’s Heart Network for sponsoring our shipping costs AND boxes to CHN Members!
Notes:
Please note that we take your family’s health seriously. All items packed in the box will be cleaned, sanitized and placed in new, clean resealable bags (if applicable). I will be wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) when handling and packing items.

When hand delivered, the box will also be wiped down with disinfectant. We will deliver through contactless delivery, you will receive a text when it is outside your home.
If you are at BC Children’s Hospital, we will deliver through contactless delivery: you will receive a text when we are outside and we will drop it near the entrance and wait for you from a safe distance to retrieve the box to ensure that you have received it (and give you a hearty wave!).

Your personal information will always be kept confidential. We use your contact to ensure proper delivery. Once we have delivered your box, we will no longer keep your address or information on file – you are always free to contact us though!!
